Veronica Fusaro to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, Austria
Alternative pop singer-songwriter, Veronica Fusaro, will represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, one of the world’s biggest live music events. The 70th Eurovision Song Contest will take place this year in Austria. Switzerland will compete in the second semi-final on 14 May 2026.
Eurovision Performance and Creative Team
The song with which Fusaro will compete at Eurovision 2026 will be announced on 11 March 2026. The visual and artistic direction of her performance is being developed in collaboration with acclaimed creative director Fredrik "Benke" Rydman.
Rydman is one of the most influential creatives in modern Eurovision history, having directed winning performances for Sweden in 2015 and Switzerland in 2024, as well as a second-place finish for Finland in 2023. For Fusaro, he is crafting a staging concept that places musical identity, emotional presence and storytelling at its centre.
